Q: Can I get free samples?
Yes, 1-2 pieces of samples are always free. Sample shipping is paid by the buyer.
The delivery time is 3-5 days.
Q: What surface treatments can you support? Can we do our logo on it?
Of course, we can make the logo as your design, and support electroplating, decoration firing, screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, label printing, etc.
Q: Do you accept customized orders?
Yes, we can do it as you require.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
For stock products, we will ship to you within 5-10 days after receiving your payment.
For fresh production, the delivery time is about 30 days, and longer if surface treatment is required.
Q: How about the sealing?
For glass jars, we have glass lids, plastic lids, metal lids, etc. All these types of lids will match the jars perfectly and have a good seal. There is a small strip of rubber under the lid where the glass touches the lid. They are very well sealed. Food grade rubber that meets EU export standards, the cap is very easy to twist and unscrew. Just twist once to open, twist once to close.
Q: How do you control quality?
Usually, we do 3 leak tests before packing, and we also have quality control department to check according to AQL.
Q: How about safe packing and defective and broken issues?
For small orders or samples, we all use bubble bags or foam to pack one by one, and so far, customers who place small orders have not reported damage issues.
For large quantities of container orders, we support standard export pallet packaging or cartons with safe egg packaging. We also accept customized gift boxes.
Other accessories (such as bottle caps) will be placed in another carton to avoid impact. We will compensate for defective and broken bottles for free in your next order.
