Grass, located in the southeast of France, is a small city 19 kilometers away from Cannes, named after the novel perfume. The origin of this city and perfume dates back to the 17th century. Today, Grass is still the center of the world's perfume industry. Scenic spots related to perfume can be found everywhere from perfume raw material production workshops in the suburbs to Huagongna perfume factory and perfume museum in the center of the city.
The International Museum of Glass houses objects related to cosmetics dating back 4000 years. In the glass window of the museum, you can also see the containers used to hold perfume in various times. Among them are ancient double eared pointed bottomed Weng, MARIE-ANTOINETTE's small box, and modern glass vials. These containers are all exhibited as works of art.
